Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Fair Housing Certification required; online program available at half price.

• Prior concierge or office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer telephone calls and handle resident requests.
• Distribute mail, manage parking, and arrange handyman services.
