Kohler Co. is hiring an onsite Concierge for The American Club. You will handle reservations for dining, spa, golf and other activities, provide guests with tours, and assist with check-in/out to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality/lodging experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local areas strongly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities, hunting and other guest services.
• Provide guests with daily hotel tours.
• Provide access to the business center.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Provide brochures and maps; update brochure rack as needed.
• Inform room service of amenity deliveries and relay daily activities.
• Notify supervisor of problems or unusual circumstances.
