Kohler Co. invites applicants to join our guest services team at Kohler, WI, where warmth and hospitality define the guest experience. This on-site, part-time role supports check-in, concierge duties, and daily operations across lobby areas.

You will greet guests, register them in our system, assist with reservations, escort guests to rooms, and maintain a spotless work environment. Weekend and weekday shifts available. The hourly range is $10.40–$15.60.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Register guests in the property management system.
• Escort guests to their rooms with luggage.
• Valet guest’s vehicle or guide to self-park options.
• Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
• Maintain a clean work area across lobby spaces and front desk.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of all facilities and hours of operation.
• Inform supervisor of any guest problems or unusual circumstances.
