Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale seeks a talented Concierge (Part Time) to greet guests, anticipate needs, and provide personalized recommendations, enhancing their stay.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with luggage, and coordinate itineraries while delivering the luxury service our guests expect.

Must have previous concierge experience, excellent English, and a flexible schedule; working hours include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Concierge experience in luxury hospitality or similar.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and multitask.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary applications.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guest requests and manage communications.
• Assist Front Desk and drive to ensure proper luggage handling.
• Plan and organize guest itineraries and provide above-and-beyond service.
