Job summary

Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection in Hawaii is seeking a Concierge Manager to curate unique guest experiences and drive service excellence. You will oversee VIP bookings, greet guests on arrival, and coordinate with departments to exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in guest services with leadership, strong computer skills, knowledge of Opera and ALICE Suite is a plus, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). Salary base is $78k–$83k per year.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with Opera & ALICE Suite is a plus.
• At least 2 years in guest service/front of house with leadership.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• First Aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Suite, Residence, and VIP bookings before arrival and on property.
• Greet guests on arrival and ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate with departments to meet VIP guest needs.
• Proficient computer skills and prior hotel management experience.
• Oversee the concierge, pre-arrival, and guest experience teams.
• Handle and follow up on guest complaints promptly; manage payroll.
• Assist in creating and implementing new service standards.
• Train team members to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Maintain policies and provide exceptional service and communications.
