Job summary

Mauna Lani, part of the Auberge Collection, seeks a Concierge to curate unique experiences for guests in the Club Lounge, serving as primary contact and ensuring VIP interactions. You will maintain knowledge of resort amenities and island activities to provide personalized recommendations, manage guest profiles and logs, coordinate with other departments, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires English fluency, HS diploma, 2 years front office experience, and legal authorization to work

Qualifications

• Front office/concierge experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resort amenities and island activities.
• Two years front office or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs, move/rearrange furniture, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Food Handler Certificate and negative TB clearance required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Club Lounge, providing concierge support and managing VIP interactions.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.
• Manage guest profiles, maintain detailed request logs, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Set up and maintain the Club Lounge, including food and beverage displays, while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and organize supplies for food and beverage service, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Utilize reservation management systems and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety procedures, and service standards while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
