Job summary

Mauna Lani Auberge (Auberge) seeks a guest services professional to curate customised experiences for our guests, communicate pre-arrival plans, and assist on-property requests. You will know hotel amenities, local activities, and island attractions to inform guests accurately.

The role requires at least 2 years in front office or related discipline, English fluency, and familiarity with Opera and ALICE Suite is a plus. Join a luxury resort team delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in front office or related discipline preferred (2+ years).
Knowledge of Opera & ALICE Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Curate unique and customized experiences for guests, including pre-arrival communication and on-property requests.
Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide accurate information to guests.
Handle and follow up on guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly, maintaining detailed log records.
Update guest profiles and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure up-to-date information and seamless guest experiences.
Provide orientation of the hotel and its outlets to guests.
Customize and tailor experiences for individual guests.
Adhere to departmental policies, safety standards, and communication protocols.
Demonstrate organizational excellence and adaptability to business demands.
Other duties as assigned.
