Qualifications

• Previous 2-5 years’ experience as a Concierge or Guest Relations
• High degree of analytical abilities
• Exceptional computer skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and offering personalized recommendations to enhance satisfaction
• Ensure desk collateral and information for local attractions and dining options are current and accessible
• Be knowledgeable about local activities such as theatre, sports, concerts and exhibits to inform guests
• Establish contacts with vendors to provide information, tickets, and reservations for guests
