Job summary

O’Two Hotels in Cape Town seeks a knowledgeable Concierge to deliver guest-obsessed service, local insights and flawless arrangements for Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two guests.

As a luxury front-of-house professional, you will guide guests, arrange transport and itineraries, coordinate VIP requests and maintain strong relationships with trusted partners while upholding privacy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ concierge or luxury front-of-house experience.
• Protel PMS experience is essential.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with local recommendations, bookings, transport, tours and special requests.
• Build personalised itineraries aligned to guest preferences and stay purpose.
• Coordinate luggage, transport, airport transfers, parking and guest movements.
• Maintain strong relationships with trusted local partners, guides, restaurants and providers.
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, in-room amenities and guest recognition moments.
• Communicate guest preferences and arrangements clearly to Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Spa and Housekeeping.
• Record and follow up on guest requests using Protel and internal handover tools.
• Protect guest privacy, safety and service confidence at all times.
