• Provide exceptional, personalized service and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and care
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort services, activities, dining, and local attractions
• Curate tailored recommendations and coordinate reservations, tickets, and unique experiences
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful solutions
• Accurately process guest communications, packages, and requests
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Resolve guest concerns with discretion, efficiency, and empathy
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities, or a desire to develop deep local expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and administrative tasks
