Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a warm, engaging Concierge to be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You’ll greet guests with warmth, provide detailed information about amenities, local attractions, and help tailor dining, theater, and transport plans to guest preferences.

You’ll anticipate needs, curate memorable experiences, and reflect our signature hospitality. The role supports guests in shaping unforgettable stays at our West End property, with opportunities for growth in a luxury

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.
• Certification for Concierge Professional preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.
• Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Make dining, theater, tour, and transportation arrangements tailored to guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize services whenever possible.
• Assist with childcare arrangements and other special requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby and concierge desk.
• Build and maintain resources to provide up-to-date recommendations for activities and events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Conduct hotel tours, showcasing its history and design.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
