The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a teamwork mindset to coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and front desk.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role or similar work experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members professionally, assist with luggage and car doors.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure guest needs are met and information is provided.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and assist with arrivals/departures during shifts.
• Provide brand knowledge about Soho House amenities and events to guests.
