Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Clear and concise communication across levels and audiences.
• Strong leadership, facilitation and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Creative, strategic and technically minded thinking.
• Flexible schedule based on Concession Shop and Company needs.

Aufgaben

• Observe, coach and model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience.
• Lead and educate the team on relationship selling and building a client book.
• Support total concession shop and store priorities as an engaged leader.
• Develop partnerships with Concession Vendor Partners.
• Oversee operations: merchandising, floor plans, logistics, visual directives, shipments, transfers, inventory accuracy and stockroom maintenance.
