Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Broadstone Waterfront in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee maintenance, operations, and resident services to keep the community running smoothly and provide five-star service.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, HR processes, and proactive property improvements within a luxury multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of community management experience in a luxury multifamily setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage high-touch resident relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the property at a high standard.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve resident concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and maintain consistent operational standards.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
• Financial acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, or similar property management software preferred.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
