Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Broadstone Waterfront in Scottsdale, AZ. You will drive five-star service, oversee maintenance, and contribute to the community’s upkeep to ensure residents feel at home.

The role demands leadership of a high-touch team, strong customer service, and operational excellence, with a compensation package including base pay and performance bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Scottsdale.

Qualifications

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000/annually.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience in a luxury multifamily setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage high-touch resident relationships
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the property at a high standard
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to resolve resident concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and maintain consistent operational standards
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Financial acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, or similar property management software preferred
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English

In This Role You Will

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
