Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting key features.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Know property details, pricing, and availability.
• Use property management software to manage residents, applications, and leases.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to boost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Maintain accurate resident interaction records and comply with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
