Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in Dallas, TX who will manage the sales process from inquiry to lease signing, with a strong focus on resident retention and service. You will present the community, respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing journey.

You will use Yardi or RealPage to manage applications, leases, and resident information, coordinate move-ins/outs, and support marketing efforts, including social media and reputation management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years in leasing or sales, preferably multifamily.
• Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Driver's license valid with clean record in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and homes to prospects with enthusiasm.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins/move-outs ensuring a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions and comply with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
