Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in leasing or sales, preferably multifamily.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartment homes professionally to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of property's features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct resident move-ins and move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, including social media engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
