Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional in Austin, TX to manage the leasing process from inquiry to signing. You will deliver top-tier customer service, conduct tours, and stay informed about pricing and availability.

You will use Yardi or RealPage to track applications and leases, coordinate move-ins/outs, and contribute to retention initiatives. This role requires weekend availability and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in leasing or sales, ideally in multifamily housing.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi or RealPage) preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present community and apartments professionally, highlighting features that attract residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Handle move-ins/outs to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Plan resident retention events and community activities.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
