Job summary

The Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a driven Community Association Manager to oversee the homeowner experience, governance reviews, and vendor coordination within a hospitality-focused property group.

You will work with the Board, manage budgets, insurance, and communications, and ensure maintenance of roads, landscaping, and facilities, with CMCA preferred and a minimum of two years' community experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a community setting.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• CMCA certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors for landscaping and snow removal.
• Oversee security and access for members and guests.
• Monitor code enforcement and routine inspections.
• Assist with budgets, reserve studies, and financial records.
• Coordinate Board meetings and maintain governance documents.
