ASSOCIATED ASSET MANAGEMENT is seeking a Dedicated Community Manager for Lakewood Community in Chandler, AZ. You will leverage your HOA knowledge to ensure governance, contract administration, and exceptional resident services, while contributing to the community's growth and satisfaction.

In this role, you will review CC&Rs, bylaws, and rules, coordinate with boards and vendors, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with homeowners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HOA management or related environments.
• Knowledge and enforcement of Governing Documents.
• Drivers license valid.

Aufgaben

• Review governing documents and ensure compliance with CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules.
• Interact with homeowners, vendors, and service providers to maintain service.
• Prepare bids, contracts, and budget submissions for Boards.
• Plan and attend Association events with Board approval.
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting to Boards.
