Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Community Association Manager to foster well managed communities across Palm Beach County. You will cultivate positive relationships with boards and homeowners, oversee vendors, and manage association finances with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role involves budget planning, financial reporting, and coordinating meetings with the Board of Directors and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Active CAM License.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
• General Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners, addressing service requests and investigating issues.
• Supervise vendors to ensure quality of services and project coordination.
• Plan and oversee systems for asset protection and records management in a professional manner.
• Inspect community and facilities to identify maintenance and safety needs; enforce safety rules.
• Investigate property damage, accidents, and prepare written reports for filing.
