Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a skilled Community Association Manager to lead thriving, well-managed communities in Florida. You will cultivate relationships with boards and homeowners, oversee vendors, and manage association finances to protect assets and improve residents’ quality of life.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), holds an active CAM license, and has 5+ years of management experience, including High-Rise Condominiums and HOA management.

Qualifications

• CAM license active and in good standing.
• 5+ years of management experience in community associations.
• Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Board of Directors and homeowners; address service requests and complaints.
• Foster relationships with vendors; supervise service quality and contract compliance.
• Plan and oversee systems for protection of community assets and records.
• Inspect community facilities; communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Investigate accidents/claims; prepare written reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas; attend Board and annual/special meetings.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Manage association finances; guide the board on financial decisions.
• Prepare annual budget; analyze expenses; suggest funding.
• Prepare RFPs; analyze bids and present project specs.
• Provide reports to the Board with recommendations to improve appearance and harmony.
• Respond to emergencies; manage major improvement projects (> $10k).
• Schedule staff assignments within the budget; review payroll and invoices.
