Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach in Florida seeks a Supervisor - News & Gourmet to assist the store manager in delivering fast, friendly service and a Signature Experience for guests and team members. You will train staff, oversee guest service, expand product knowledge, promote safe practices, and maintain upbeat culture.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will act as manager on duty and help ensure policies are followed and inventory is managed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of food and beverage products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in maintaining a positive work environment.
