The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Barista/Bartender to welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, preparing and serving beverages with precision and care. The ideal candidate will connect with guests to deliver a personalized, memorable bar experience and uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the bar.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and prior bartending in a fast-paced setting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of different types of alcohol and the ability to make classic and modern cocktails.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary:

The Barista at The Breakers Palm Beach is responsible for welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm while providing top-notch service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests in order to provide a personalized, memorable bar experience. In addition, the bartender will be responsible for maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards for the bar and work area, as well as ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Our newly designed lobby bar will feature an elevated, open-concept layout that creates a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Designed as a thoughtful touchpoint within the hotel, the space will offer a curated selection of beverages and light pastries, providing guests with a comfortable place to pause. Whether they are arriving for check-in, heading out to explore the town, or preparing for dinner plans, the Lobby Bar will simply enhance the overall convenience and enjoyment for guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
