Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Cocktail Server or similar preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items.
• Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Record, input, and close guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner and address issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Follow all food and beverage safety and timing standards.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceptional guest service and Breakers culture.
