Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Retail Manager - Mix & Match to oversee daily operations and drive sales at its premier retail outlets in Florida.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure exceptional guest service, manage merchandising standards, and uphold brand standards while maintaining profitability and compliance. This role reports to senior retail leadership and requires strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field is required; a Bachelor's degree is desired.
• Previous retail experience with strong sales background.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address and resolve customer complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop retail team members.

• Monitor store visual standards, cleanliness, and maintenance needs.
• Develop new team members through extensive training on orientation, safety, guest service, and performance standards.
