Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will model enthusiasm and lead the team to uphold the culture and service standards of the food and beverage division. You will oversee training, accountability, and performance measurement to ensure success, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

As a restaurant ambassador, you will manage shifts, develop staff, and drive the team to consistently meet The Breakers' high standards

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate a team to high standards.
Understanding of food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with General Manager to achieve restaurant goals in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Train and develop team members, write schedules, and conduct performance feedback sessions.
Run shifts in line with company standards and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the success of the team.
Maintain food safety standards and ensure areas remain impeccably clean.
Serve as an ambassador to the restaurant and ensure guests leave with exceptional experiences.
