Dr Emma Clinics in Ulster is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to deliver a luxurious patient experience from first enquiry through to follow-up. This role blends high-end hospitality with appointment management, patient journey coordination and clinic administration; you will be the welcoming face ensuring every interaction is discreet, professional and personalised.

The ideal candidate is warm, organised and confident with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in clinic coordination or premium client-facing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and discreet.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR.
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, discreet welcome to every patient.
• Manage end-to-end patient journey from enquiry to follow-up.
• Manage clinician diaries, appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
• Explain treatment plans, costs and follow-up.
• Build relationships to support long-term retention.
