Urban Medical, a premier luxury medical aesthetics and functional medicine practice, is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. You will serve as the warm first contact for patients, manage scheduling, confirmations, and inquiries, and help maintain accurate patient records.

You will coordinate with providers to ensure smooth appointment flow, perform light administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced, growth-friendly office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in medical or aesthetics setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on patient satisfaction.
• Proficient in scheduling software and office technology.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Manage patient scheduling, including appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform general office duties, including maintaining patient records, data entry, and organizing files.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient care and appointment flow.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing forms, and processing payments.
