• Record client information in the CRM and build relationships via personalized follow-up.
• Support omnichannel service, cross-selling and achievement of sales KPIs.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, visual displays and stock procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues, address client concerns and help prevent product theft.
