Job summary

Brobston Group in San Francisco is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving personal and store sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships, demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge, and support operational excellence in the boutique.

You will use CRM and clienteling tools, maintain knowledge of the brand's heritage, and assist with merchandising and shop-floor activities to ensure a seamless shopping journey for every client.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and represent the brand to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and support the achievement of store goals.
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to develop relationships, retain loyal clients, and source new clients.
• Maintain product knowledge and share the brand's history and heritage.
• Assist with merchandising and shop-floor maintenance while supporting smooth sales-floor operations.
