Qualifications

• Passion for selling luxury fashion and stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• English language required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center and provide outstanding service in line with the client journey ceremony.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to build personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Promote and embrace the Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and stock procedures.
• Engage in cross-selling to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
