Responsabilidades

• Lead initial client interactions and determine project eligibility.
• Enforce intake process and ensure alignment before consultations.
• Set refined, high-touch client tone and act as main contact through project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track lead progression.
• Support showroom outreach and drive qualified client relationships.
• Decline consultations when alignment is missing and redirect inquiries professionally.
