Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor for our luxury retail environment in San Jose, CA. You will welcome clients, guide them through the brand, and deliver exceptional service while building lasting relationships.

You will strive to meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, support store operations, and contribute to a positive team. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods, with a professional presentation and dependable work habits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the brand and its products.
• Build and maintain client relationships through engaging conversations and active outreach.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, and company policies.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, customer orders, repairs, and holds.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with visual merchandising or training needs.
