Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving sales goals.
• Assist operations by maintaining stock in selling floor and stock room.
• Create emotionally enriched client experiences and personal connections.
• Utilize CRM to capture customer data and develop long-term relationships.
• Promote cross-selling to increase UPT and overall performance.
