Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor/Stylist to act as a brand ambassador, building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized luxury shopping experiences. You will curate styling recommendations based on client needs and trends, support sales and clienteling goals, and contribute to boutique performance.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through the sales journey, maintaining client records, supporting after‑sales activities, stock management, and smooth store

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience with a clientele-focused background.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with POS and Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct personalized outreach and manage client records toward KPIs.
• Curate looks based on client needs and trends; prep for client appointments.
• Support after-sales activities, stock management, and store presentation.
• Use POS for transactions and assist with shipping/receiving.
