You will showcase deep product knowledge, manage client data in our CRM, maintain store presentation, and support events and after-sales service to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Provide personalized, luxury customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of LOEWE products and heritage.
• Utilize CRM to capture and leverage client data for future opportunities.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per policy.
• Support store events and client communications via email, phone, or notes.
• Contribute to store presentation and uphold LOEWE image standards.
• Record client information accurately and maintain client books.
