Job summary

Jennifer Fisher is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver elevated luxury experiences and build lasting client relationships in our Beverly Hills boutique. You will act as a trusted style advisor, leveraging product knowledge and clienteling tools to exceed sales goals.

You will develop a robust client base through proactive outreach, in-store events, and personalized communication, while maintaining impeccable boutique standards and seamless omnichannel service, including POS transactions and CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized shopping experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Build authentic relationships by understanding each client's lifestyle, preferences, and wardrobe needs.
• Recommend products and styling solutions to enhance the client's experience.
• Exceed sales goals through relationship-based selling and exceptional service.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after purchases.
• Develop and maintain a robust clientele through proactive outreach and client follow-up.
• Utilize CRM and clienteling tools to build long-term customer relationships.
• Engage clients through store events, launches, and exclusive experiences to drive loyalty.
• Maintain luxury boutique standards and ensure impeccable presentation.
• Process POS transactions and omnichannel fulfillment accurately.
• Protect company assets by following inventory and Loss Prevention policies.
