Vince is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor for Suburban Square in Ardmore, PA. You will engage luxury clients, build lasting relationships, and convert interactions into sales while upholding Vince store standards.

You will manage client books, perform POS transactions, and support store operations with a flexible weekend/evening schedule; compensation includes hourly pay and incentive programs.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and move and carry up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-ins into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobe recommendations.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
