Job summary

Vince in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Suburban Square. The role focuses on luxury service, leading with selling, and elevating every client interaction. You bring energy, expertise, and a passion for the Vince brand to the team.

You will build and maintain a robust client book, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and mentor others in elevated selling and store standards. A flexible schedule including weekends and events is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
