Job summary

Retail for the People is seeking a Keyholder to join our luxury fashion flagship in West Palm Beach. You will lead on the sales floor, nurture client relationships, and uphold the brand’s elevated service standards.

The role combines daily leadership duties with hands-on selling in a high-visibility opening environment. The ideal candidate brings a proven luxury sales background, a robust personal client book, and a passion for high-touch client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience within luxury fashion (Keyholder, Senior Sales Associate, or similar)
• Demonstrated history of exceeding individual sales targets (required)
• Strong clienteling skills, including outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building
• Understanding of luxury service standards, styling, and floor etiquette
• Comfortable opening and closing the store and acting as Manager-on-Duty when needed
• Familiarity with Shopify POS (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings
• A robust book of business in the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach area (required)

Responsibilities

• Drive strong individual sales performance across all KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, AUR)
• Leverage your existing client book while actively building new long-term relationships
• Deliver elevated, high-touch styling experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal clients
• Proactively clienteling before, during, and after store visits
• Lead by example, setting the tone for service, selling, and professionalism
• Support store leadership by acting as a key point of contact during shifts
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to peers when needed
• Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s voice, values, and aesthetic
• Represent the brand with confidence, discretion, and taste
• Open and close the store with precision and accountability
• Support operational excellence, including cash handling, floor standards, and loss prevention
• Maintain impeccable personal and store presentation at all times
• Success metrics include consistent sales, strong client book growth, repeat business, loyalty, and elevated customer experience
