Retail for the People is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Palm Beach flagship, a leadership-forward role designed to set the tone on the floor and shape the in-store experience from day one.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in luxury retail, excels at styling, client relationships, and delivering elevated service in a premium environment. This is a high-visibility position with strong sales expectations and floor leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience is required.
• Proven ability to drive sales through styling, relationship-building and elevated service.
• Strong understanding of visual standards, product flow and retail operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; adaptability to new systems is essential.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays.
• Active clienteling and personal sales performance are central to success in this role.
