You will mentor consultants, maintain high service standards, and leverage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in luxury fashion/accessory retail or luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff and drive performance.
• Strong English communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the client advisor team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development for team members.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and personalized service.
• Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service, anticipating client needs.
• Support front- and back-of-house operations and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Use available tools and systems to optimize business opportunities and track performance.
