Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Client Advisor in Honolulu to drive luxury sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will build lasting client relationships, represent the brand with poise, and leverage deep product knowledge to elevate every interaction.

The role focuses on meeting individual sales objectives, coordinating personalized appointments and events, and ensuring flawless store presentation and premium service at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven success in premium or luxury retail; luxury client book a plus.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Multilingual in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass individual sales objectives and contribute to store success.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying RIMOWA’s heritage, design, and craftsmanship.
• Build a loyal client portfolio through personalized engagement, appointments, and events.
• Handle POS transactions, open/close cash register, assist inventory, and prevent loss.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation at all times.
