Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and discover needs, delivering service aligned with brand standards.
• Develop long-term client relationships through engaging conversations and outreach.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, review results, and adjust approaches as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge, support inventory, and follow up on charges, repairs and holds.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment
