CELINE at Saks Boston is seeking a luxury retail professional to deliver exceptional client service and meet individual and store sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge to maximize sales, grow your client book, and support store operations and image.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail, comfort with technology, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior client books are highly valued for building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong knowledge of luxury products and brands.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly.
• Existing client books strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Use product knowledge to drive sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database and expand a client book.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client needs.
• Assist with shipping, alterations, housekeeping, store image, receiving, and inventory control.
