Job summary

CELINE is seeking agile, passionate retail professionals for its luxury Boston location. The role focuses on meeting store sales targets, integrating product knowledge into the sales process, and maintaining the store image.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in retail, preferably luxury, be computer literate, and ready to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support events and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Service-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested.
