Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Sales Associate for its New York boutique to drive daily sales, build client books, and promote luxury brand experience. You will leverage product knowledge to maximize units per transaction, maintain store image, and provide exceptional service to every customer, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

With at least 3 years in retail, preferably luxury, you will be computer literate and adept at using various software programs and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with focus on sales, preferably luxury
• Bachelor/Business education or equivalent experience
• Computer literate; ability to learn and use various software packages

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture customer information for database entry
• Promote store events via email, phone, and notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or client issues
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control
