Job summary

CELINE in California seeks agile, passionate sales professionals for a luxury retail role. You will meet sales targets, apply product knowledge, and nurture client relationships to maximize revenue while upholding brand standards.

This position requires at least 3 years in retail, preferably luxury; you will use POS/CRM software, manage client books, and support store operations. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and dollar value per transaction.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
